Chile The National Campaign of Digital Alphabetization that took place in Chile, so far has trained more than 430,000 citizens (all over 15 years) in basic use of information technology and the Internet. The development of the Digital Alphabetization Campaign began in May 2003 and ended in December of this year. México Digital Communication Centers and intermediary classrooms of Sonora State will be the first to benefit from 40 educational digital materials, which will be at the disposal of students, teachers and the general community.
